ok this is the last guy to survive this bucket that used to house other plants..

due to lack of attention and care this lil place of plants is now down to this guy. Hes been sitting outside since spring '07 through all the bad and cold weather, and even had some snow sitting on him not too long ago.

The leaves are faded as i remember it more purlple. Im gonna take it out the pot this weekend and change some soil out. Hasnt fed in a while...

any ideas? what kind of light do these guys like?

p.s. i am really gonna try to take care of my plants better and get more educated on their needs.. Wink


edit: just found a pic of what used to be in the bucket..
you can see the survivor was the smallest back in those days..

Heuchera americana form, possibly Palace Purple, but there are dozens of them now.

you guys are good!

so its a Heuchera...

i did some online research into it and like you said there are so many of them its hard to tell which one it is. At least i know the main name..
