Have you ever thought of adding a chat room here, I go to other forums that have chat along with the forums, and it's nice because it is in real time as opposed to waiting perhaps days for reply's/ response to a question.
One I go to, is a senior site with chat room & forums in two different windows, can go back and forth or one or the other...very nice! and one is a senior forum with chat above forums.

Hi Susie, we have tried the chatroom concept twice but it never seemed to take off. There are also two disadvantages to having a chat room 1) posting on the forums instead of in a chatroom means all useful info will be preserved here for others to find later 2) it's very hard to police/moderate what is said in a chatroom.
