Looks like one of the many species of Aloe.

Toni is right your plant is an aloe. It's common name is Partridge Breast Aloe - Aloe variegata.

Thanks Toni and Eileen....
I've had this plant for a couple of years... don't even remember who gave it to me. Now I know what to call it!

After looking around on the web at Partidge Breast Aloes... I'm not certain that this is one, even though it sure looks like it.
The one I have is very small... only 2-3 inches tall.
And I've had it for a few years.
Do you think it's just a dwarf version?
I'll keep looking.

I have to agree with Eileen and Toni - toi me it looks like an Aloe.
THat Aloe is quite small and grows to about 25 cm high and here we call it the "Kanniedood" otherwise known as Aloe variegata.

After looking around some more... I think I'm leaning toward a Haworthia... either "minor" or "variegata".
I'll upload a couple of photos of them that I found online to my garden... in case someone wants to compare?
