I'm growing several types of mint indoors and am getting yellowing/browning leaves (which tend to fall off) on several of my plants, somebody suggested it may be a calcium or iron deficiency. Before I pour in Fe/Ca I thought I'd get some more opinions, also what is the best (organic) way to get Fe/Ca in?

Thanks,
Sam

Could be poor drainage in the planters and the roots are getting too soggy.

Oh dear...
I also think it is likely a drainage issue because I had exactly the same problem once, and the plant re-thrived after I cut almost all the yellow leaves / weak stems, replant it in a porous container, and water it less frequently.

Hope it helps. Megan

Try to check your soil. Mint is a pretty flowering edible herb which grows well in most soils as long as it stays moist, not wet or soaking. It can stand partial shade or full sunlight.
