Job well done on your ponds and landscaping. Do the 3 ponds all connect to each other? I 2nd that background view from your front yard. I like your flower containers with the bench. Thanks for sharing.

No they do not connect, because if one pond gets sick I do not want it to contaminate the others. We have mountains like that in all four directions.

You live in a stunningly beautiful area and your gardens sit perfectly nestled below those mountains. It certainly looks as though a lot of hard work has gone into creating the ponds and their surroundings. I couldn't be without water in my garden as, somehow, it makes an outside area complete. Your home and garden are a real credit to you.

Wow, great job on both yards. Your home is so gingerbready! Have you had to do a lot of reno work on it? It sure looks great. It is a beautiful spot -- the mountains and lighting. That sunset pic is amazing. And to think you see that regularly! Lucky you!

the house did not look like that when we got it. We did the siding, roof and deck.
All of the woodwork is original the house was built in 1888, Has 6 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath, large kitchen and living room as well as a cellar and laundry room. Only Dh and I live here now all my kids are grown with there own families now. We love it here I was born here in utah and Dh came here from Indiana. Sunsets like that are a common occurence, But one never gets over there beauty. Thank you all for your kindness.

Ohh, I love your house with the gingerbread scrolls. Gingerbread houses are my favourites.
Is that a widows walk on top of it?

yes it is we put it on when we had the siding done. It needs new railing , because the contractor did a crappy job. It has an awesome view from up there.
