Hello everyone,
I have had massive cravings for broccoli lately, but don't have any good recipes. I don't want to have the flavour overpower the broccoli taste and wnat something quite healthy.
If anyone has any recipes or ideas, I would appreciate it
Very Happy

Here's a website that I use when I want to do something 'different' with broccoli.

I love mine with oyster sauce.

Fry chopped garlics in oil until a bit brown add broccoli, next oyster sauce and a little bit of sugar.
Don't overcook.

This is my family's favorite broccoli salad recipe. http://southernfood.about.com/od/broccolisaladrecipes/r/bl30321h.htm We add sunflower seeds also and sometimes substitute dried cranberrys
