No cultivated apple will come true from seed. It is reckoned to be the plant most cabale of all, of variation from seed. What you sow is definitely not what you get. The most likely outcome is a small sour crab apple type plant.
We have now pureed and or juiced all the Catshead, sorry. They do not keep well after picking.
