I just ordered a click free from QVC shopping program. It comes next week and I am looking forward to be able to back up everything on my computer. It says you can back up more than one, even 20 computers if you want to on it. and you can set it to update new things you add to the computer. It will put me at ease....and they said all you have to do is connect it to the computer...nothing hard about that but I will let you know how it goes after I get it.

Sherry I ordered a ClickFree from QVC last year. I suppose it worked OK. I haven't tried to install any data from it to another computer, so hopefully it is there. I did try to back-up my computer again a couple of days ago and it did nothing. I called ClickFree customer service, and they are sending a new USB cable. Hopefully that is the answer. They told me it will back all pictures and music, but I would have to re-install all programs if my computer crashed.

This click free is brand new and not even in stores for a while they said. I guess just an updated version...I keep crossing my fingers that things will be alright until I get it.

I got an e-mail from someone on a gardening site and asked me to be her friend. Well I accepted and then the page went blank. I put the name of the site in it and when it opened up it was porn so I got out of there fast. I started cleaning my computer right away and everything is fine. It got into this ladies computer and took all of her addresses and I was one of them..I am so glad I checked a little farther because her computer is still goofed up. I wish I could remember that name to warn everyone better but I wanted it off fast..

Sherry, the ClickFree I ordered was the 250GB and is no longer available, and I believe it was the first. They have several to select from on their website. You probably ordered the one with the docking station that was the TSV a couple of days ago. Anyway, I think you will like it. I read the customer reviews on the Q site and you are either with happy with it or very dissatisfied.

Glenda, my computer doesn't tell me when it needs backing up. That is a very nice option. Did it come with your Vista version?

I received my replacement USB cord (free) today (from ClickFree) and backed everything up. I set up an automatic back-up for every 30 days. I love it and would recommend it to anyone for backing up their computer. It is available at Best Buy, WalMart and other stores that have computer centers. Wink

I am so glad I have everything backed up. Some days my computer just works terrible and right now it is working fine. I think it is just old and I have too much on it. We are looking at new computers , Best Buy never even bothered to come over and help us so we left. The last time we were in there the sales person didn't know anything about computers...I have no idea why he was in that department. He told us to go and get in line and talk with the Geek Squad to find out about them...the line was way to long to stand and wait so we left.

I had a similar experience with BB when I was looking at HD TV's. They had a person in that dept. that knew very little about them. So I too went elsewhere!

Such is often the case at big bargain stores

I was trying to put my old printer on the new windows 7 and it is not compatible so I have to order a new one next week...it is old but worked great. It is an all in one and I got my 100 dollars worth out of it.

I got the click free to work, I had the settings goofed up trying to put the printer on. Took the printer off and the click free worked like a dream.

Now I am working on a way to send myself the link to the program someone sent me. I like the program but you cannot transfer programs with the click free. Has to be a way because someone sent me the link to the program.
