Well, finally got my release from the Rx for work, what a relief! Been back 1 wk, put in 51 hrs during the first wk,. Boy, were they madder than a nest of hornets! It's their fault, since we are going thru a major re-model.
I had to climb walls and jump hoops for a simple piece of paper (which took 5 hrs to get faxed to me, but i got it)
The finger is still swollen, w/about half-movement, but am very aware of it. Lifting 50# of produce (spuds, onions, apples, bananas, w/9 fingers) gets to the point of making one realize that you have to be aware of one's surroundings.
After 5 wks of sitting around the house, it sure feels good to be back at work. After all, there's only so much that can be done at home!
Will post later, all have a wonderful day,
dmullins

You certainly sound very happy and content getting your everyday life back to a familiar and liked routine.
Me, I can find hundreds of things to do around the house and none (well maybe one) of them involves cleaning anything

I'm so pleased for you. However, be very careful of that finger as you don't want to do any more damage to it. Being back at work certainly lifts the spirits though doesn't it?

Well, congratulations to you DMullins. In all the excitement about being back on track, don't overdo it now!

Glad you are better and the doctor released you. I know that sitting at home can be really boring and depressing. Don't over do it the first few days.
