Whoa! I have never heard of hypertufa. How cool! Thanks for this. What other treasures are hiding in the GS archives, I wonder?

Thanks for putting the post active! This has the best variety of objects and ideas I've seen. Inspiring Very Happy I'd never seen the large lanterns that would add so much winter structure to the garden.

Thanks for the nice compliments. Very Happy I have several very large freehand pieces I made this summer that I will blog soon. The giant sunface is sitting on my dining table being glassed and just has to get finished and off that table any minute-It's SOOO in the way. A "butterfly" table is the other one. It took several months for these pieces to cure and they will be made into glass mosaics as time allows. You can do so Very Much with hypertufa and it's always fun to make a Big Mess. Cool

I have occasionally done it in the house when the winter Blahs were upon me. The hose had to be available for the cleanup. I just put a board on sawhorses in my craft room, brought in some dry mix and wet it in a bucket. I just made small things like faces. Stew Face 2
