Need help getting rid of Fungus Gnats and Plant Lice

Hey everyone, it's been a while since I've been here but this was the first place I thought to come to, to ask for help.

I have a small cactus (Mammillaria Bocasana 'Fred')that was fine for the first few months but is now being over run with these fungus gnats and plant lice, I'm not sure if pesticide is the right way to go. Anyone have any suggestions? I think it came when from the bag of soil because the cactus itself is kept in my office Shocked

Everything I've read on the web has been for veggie plants and the likes, I didn't know if it would harm my cactus.

Any advice would be appreciated, also I hope everyone here has been doing great.
