Hello everyone,
I'm Eelco from Holland and I'm very interrested in plants, not common in cultivation, especial from the U.S. I know a lot about perrenials, so don't hasitate to ask if you to want to know something. I hope to enrich my knowledge about american perrenials by being a member of GardenStew.

Hi there eelco and welcome to our forums from Scotland. Very Happy
I'm sure you'll be able to help our members out if they have any questions about perennials and we may be able to give you some advice too regarding American plants as we have many people here from the states.

Greetings from East Tennessee Stew Face 2 One of the things I like about the Stew is meeting fellow gardeners from around the world. Even within the USA there is quite a difference in the growing zones, its fun to see what everyone has in their garden. Stew Face 2

Hello from Nebraska! We are anxiously awaiting spring, and the beginning of another growing season. It has been a long winter here!
Our neighbors across our street are from Holland. The father is a professor at our University here.

Hi eelco, welcome to GardenStew from north Texas. We would love to photos of your garden Wink

Perennials here in the U.S. are as varied as the climates. Many plants that are perennial down here where I live would be an annuals in the northern climates and plants that are perennials in the north part of the U.S. are annuals down here.

If you have specific plants you want more information on you could post questions in the Flower Gardening Forum and we will help as much as we can.
