I went to Home Depot to buy some garden soil but they just got in lots of new plants and their 6 packs of annuals were on sale buy one, get one free.
Just went out for garden soil ( photo / image / picture from gfreiherr's Garden )
...and the gerbera daisy pots were only $2.89 each.
How could I resist. I did remember to get the garden soil
I know, I know... we have frost warnings until April 15th. But Spring starts tomorrow and I have to have something to plant!

I have to be very careful this time of year ... just going to buy some peat pods could cause me to come home with a car full of plants

I went yesterday for some peat... it was touch and go, but I made it home without any additional purchases. Whew. Going out today for some leafgro and manure.... uh oh...
You got some great deals!! the Gerbera daisies -- love those. They look so happy.
