I'm being forced to cook for my parents tonight (we went out for mother's day) - normally I refuse to cook during the week but I'm making an exception tonight..hehehe...So I was searching for a quick pasta dish (loooovvee pasta) and found this: fresh tomato & arugula pasta - link: http://tinyurl.com/2mb3qs (gonna try it out tonight - let you all know how it is tomorrow =) Please share any quick easy recipes with me

We are doing a pork tenderloin marinated in honey mustard on the charcoal grill, with baked potato's and asparagus.

We had frozen ravioli with meat sauce and a fresh salad, with crusty garlic bread on the side.

I have some awesome cookie recipes too.

I work on Monday so we are have our Memorial Day BBQ today. Ribs, chicken, burgers, sausage, baked beans, potato salad, and I forgot to pick up the garlic bread, but who needs it. Oh, and strawberries and cream ice cream and watermelon for dessert.

Last night was BLT's with a homegrown Creole tomato, not one of ours, but a friends.

Tonight beef roast with gravy very yummy.

Fried catfish, Lettuce and tomato salad (tomatos I grew in my trough)fresh scarlet runner beans and potatos.
