I have a few frogs hanging out by my water lily containers. They are no trouble at all!

I actually ordered it online from holland bulb farms nice prices but the pot they come in are too small so you will have to replant it. Good luck! And thankyou its a work in progress. The lily has put off around ten blooms now and i think i may have spotted the beginning of my first lotus bud!!!

But then... why did I find a dried up fish by the container?
Maybe the frog DID scare the fish?
A couple days ago I closely watched the pots and no fish that I could see... WHERE are they?
I only know about the dried up one....

There is a number of things that could be happening to your fish idk where you live but birds and raccoons and other creatures will eat your fish as for the dried up one he may have simply jumped out. Frogs and fish share the same habitat so i dont think they would get scared of eachother hope that helps
