Laughing Do I see the molding in the first picture (on the left) for the living room???

It really looks good. I love that look. I have pine planks throughout and no carpet. Hubby can't believe how much dirt I get up each week wet washing.

Yes, that's the molding for the living room. The secretary at the end of the room (first picture) was my grandmothers on my mothers side. It is solid mahogany and is over 100 yrs. old. She said that her mother had it as long as she could remember. My mother was 90 when she passed away.

We are looking at flooring as well. It is either replace the carpet (not what I want), tile or put the wood flooring in. I am pushing for the wood.
Your floors look beautiful. With the 30 year warranty, they may be there long after your time in that home.
