Oh my, Feliz would NEVER break a blind. She simply waits for me to raise them so she has her view of the yard. She also likes to snuggle down between the pillows on the guest bedroom bed, and she has her favorite spot on the hand-made quilt at the foot of our bed.
Toilet paper shredding is beneath her. If I had known when we got her, instead of naming her Feliz I would have just named her Her Royal Highness and given up the struggle.

We just have a dog named Chance! But, guess who has to put their shoes up on something when they take them off. She loves attacking them and "killing" them and has even been known to chew on them. It started when we were gone so much during the summer. It's a call for attention.

I really LOL'd when I opened this topic...
I think ours is worse He made an entrance (right side) -and- an exit (left side)! Theres even a spot above the exit where he'll swat the turn pole thing...
( photo / image / picture from TheBip's Garden )
And here's the culprit! He is sitting on my hand to tell me to get the *bleep* off the computer and get to work xD

Omg waretrop, that is the cutest pic! Messy, yes, but cute!

You're not alone! Our cats have managed to bend the ends of the metal blinds on the veranda door. They have also scratched the wallpaper off the wall next to the door. They sleep wherever they feel like sleeping, and clean clothes are a favourite. Our little lady also sneaks into the girls' rooms and steals little toys that she hoards underneath the sofa in the living room. I find her stash when I hoover.

Stratsmom, I have seen that before! I don't know how many miniblinds I have replaced in my sun room... I'm not sure why I even have them on the windows in there.
My Dolly cat is the culprit here. She can be a real pill when she wants something.

We have damaged blinds from tne kids. We are now looking at replacing them. My cat likes to rattle the blinds at 3 in the morning so we will let him out. It is easier to open the window than go across the house to a door.

We have shutters that my cat Iggy likes to open. Your cat looks alot like a cat I used to have not too long ago. His name was Herby and he was a bubbly little guy. Never had a mean bone. always friendly. He was the brother of Iggy we adoped them together. We think Iggy chased Herby off to avoid the competition. If you leave the blinds open about 12-18 inches this should solve the problem. Cats being curios little guys like to see what's going on outside. If the blinds won't open sometimes they use force. My cat Iggy, If the shutters wouldn't open he'd go nuts.
