Vent the Bathroom with the Dryer?

I'm adding a fan in a previously un-vented bathroom. The dryer vent runs right by this area so should I combing them both to the same vent?

Hi bathroom boy,
Need to ask a few Q's before answering as I can't visualise your home.
1. I assume you are fitting an electric exhaust fan? What diameter is it?
2. Re the drier vent, what is that for? I don't think we have them in Oz. Does this vent connect o anything else?
