Even although we're definately into autumn here in Scotland there are a few flowers still going strong.

Chocolate cosmos.

A couple of lavenders.

Some pretty pink and red still to be seen......

...... and some violet and purple.

Polyanthus well into their second flowering.

Even some white!!

Yes Frank I'm an ardent fan as they are totally organic, keep the weeds down and help to retain water in the soil What more could you ask for? Very Happy

Jan I honestly don't do much at all I simply leave nature to get on with it and she does a great job!!! Mr. Green

Very nice Eileen. I especially like the chocolate cosmos. Most of the color here was done in by the frost and snow this past week.

eileen,

I'm a new member and I just found your free seed offer for members only when I was looking morning glory seeds on this site.
may I have some for next year? I have a huge back yard.
Is your offer still available?
If it is, may I have about 3 oz. of it? I know that maybe alot but I have a huge back yard.
Private Message me.
thanks.

Three ounces of morning glory seeds? You will have acres of morning glories. And btw, I think Eileen is on a mine vacation for the next three days. She will answer ASAP, I know.

Love that lavender. I've been eyeballing it in the plant catalog. I had a chocolate cosmos and it disappeared. Do you have voles there? Everything looks excellent. What a solace and a balm flowers are.

I wish we could grow lavender here. I did once, but with much bed prep (raised bed for drainage) and then it didn't live long.
