Has anyone used a shortbread mold? I've tried making shortbread cookies where the recipe called for rolling the dough in a long roll and refrigerating it and then slicing it. Didn't work so hot! My cookies, (if you can call them that) were too dry and crumbly Last week my sister-in-law surprised me with a really neat mold that she found at a thrift store. It is a stoneware mold. The back is stamped with "Brown Bag Cookie" so I looked it up online and printed a few recipes. Haven't had time to try it yet so thought I'd ask around for any helpful hints
