Today we went out ,I told Ron to drive towards the sun(west).well we found some and some new antique stores. We went to leavenworth, kansas, antique mall, and we struck gold.Found this wonderful old wicker sofa ,with cushions(very clean )newly done, but needing paint...70.00.They wanted 95.00 and we talked them down to 70.00.Have it in the house till the sun comes out sometime here this week to paint it.
We also bought a neat old wash tub with attached stand and a wash boiler(not copper though)but really neat for 12.00 to use as a planter..will put them up(pics) maybe tomorrow..
Here's the sofa..

Nice looking sofa Kat - what color are you going to paint it? Will you redo the cushions or leave as is?

Hi Polly, im going white, since all my other wicker is white, the cushions will stay like that for now,or until i see a material that will really look nice on it,but for what it has now will work, since it was recently redone.
