With this, you don't have to pre-cook the noodles!
Brown 1 pound of ground beef along with diced onions. Add 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic. Stir in one jar of the prepared spaghetti sauces. We use Ragu Homestyle. Let cool.
It a square baking dish, big enough to lay 3 dry lasagna noodles side by side. Ours is an oven safe glass dish. Spread a little of the sauce on the bottom so that the lasagna dosn't stick. Place 3 noodle side by side. Spread 1/2 the sauce over the noodles. In a bowl mix about 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and one egg. Stir until completly mixed. Withe a spoon, drizzle half of this over the sauce. Spred with shredded Mozzarella cheese about 1/4 in thick. Do a 2nd layer the same way. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 deg. remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes to turn the top a golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes to set up. Very easy and very tasty!
