I love the black plants...I only have one in my garden, I have a black viola and it has grown so big this summer and bloomed all season.

I'm a big fan of black flowers too. I've got a black Calla Lily,Oxalis, bearded Iris, HollyHocks, and I grew Pansy Black Prince this year.

Sharon, Wayside Gardens has yet another gorgeous black plant for this spring... Delphinium elatum 'Chocolate'
It is good for zones 3-10.
My list of must have black plants just keeps growing and growing.
