On the other hand, unless there is a nursery in place,
knowing what these are would not be of any benefit, since the weather would not allow their growth.

Besides really liking pictures of plants that others might grow, all of the plants you mention are well known and grown here.

Any Frangipani flower, shape,texture and fragrance are rare. Yesterday,today,tomorrow, to observe one flower through a 3 color stage is unusual. Any plant from the agavaceas, their architecture is perfect for focal points and drought resistant.
