I just received a small porch greenhouse from Thompson Morgan today. It took all of 20 minutes to set up and I am really impressed with the size and cost. Right now it's only $44.95! It comes with a zippered cover and has built in ties for venting (and replacement covers can be ordered).
It's made a great home for my seedlings.
The dimensions are around 60" x 19" x 24" and has four wire shelves (which are not adjustable, but for the value, it will serve many purposes).

Just wanted share my recent find if anyone is looking for something small and inexpensive. Very Happy

I know quite a few people who have this sort of mini greenhouse and they love them. They also say that they are the ideal thing for bringing on seedlings - easy to accesss and amazingly spacious inside. I would have one myself but I'm afraid it would take off with the gale force winds we get around here. You must show us piccies of yours when you have a minute. Stew Face 1

Here are a couple shots Eileen.
The one seedling is a white canna...can't wait to see that one in the yard!

Yes, Netty there is more space than I thought. I will be filling it with more in the next month or so.
It looks like 14 of the small Jiffy starters will fit on each shelf. Shocked

Sjoerd, you can't beat the price and ease of assembly. I have this on the house right now....we are still going to have some very cold weather coming our way yet.

I ordered from the web site with more seeds. I haven't yet received the new catalog, but am looking forward to it!

Gosh there's more space on those shelves than I thought!! Barb's suggestion is a really good one as our members swap seeds and it makes it soooo much cheaper than having to buy them in the shops. Can't wait to see that white canna in flower. Stew Face 2

Lovely, little greenhouse, and so reasonably priced too! Wonder what a thing like that might cost here? I think I have room on my porch, but I'm not sure it would sit still with the winds we normally have.

Nice greenhouse. You'll have fun planting seeds with that. Good luck with your seedlings and your canna.

beswnsew....I plan to swap seeds this year when I start collecting them from my plants. I did that years ago from gardeners all over the world! It was a lot of fun.

I have some of the purchased ones left and won't need them all, so I guess I could swap some of those.

I would love to see your list of seeds!! Very Happy

Thank you Biita. I hate to go shopping, and often miss things because of that. I'll go if somebody tells me there are nice gardening things to get. Smile
