It's just the perfect thing to do on yet another rainy day.
The seedlings are up and are developing their second sets of leaves, so it's their turn to be transferred to the next stage in their potting-on cycle.
They can join the other seedlings that we've already done.
My partner is doing the planting today and I am labeling the containers.
--And then an overview of some of the seedlings so far:

Yay! Are you using a light source in addition to the window? Those look wonderful! I can't wait for mine to get that size.

looks like you've been busy. May I ask what you have in the egg cartons in the last pict? I have been using styrofoam cups to put my new plantings in. Many need to be separated already as they do have their second set of leaves. Guess I'll have to post my new babies.

Congratulations, another milestone reached. I think I can spot some growth on your potatoes there too.

Ah that'll give them more room for those roots to grow. Before you know it they'll be bigger than anything. Keep us updated Sjoerd, they sure look happy.

It looks as though you're on your way to another bumper crop of toms there Sjoerd. There's just nothing like home grown tomatoes for taste is there?

Good morning,
Petunia, those are spuds in the egg cartons. I have put them there to chit...and if you look closely, you can see that they are beginning.
There are four different sorts this year--all what we call. "gourmet potatos". I hope the weather is better this year.
Droopy is right--there is growth! yippee!
Frank 'n Eileen--Yes they do look happy, and they have already grown another few mm's already! Eils is right, there really isn't anything like the taste of a fresh-grown (and vine-ripened) tom.
Oh dear, now I need a bib.

Looking good Sjoerd. Gets me excited to get ready and start my seeds. I don't have the system you have though as I'm still an amateur.

Lovely "babies", Sjoerd! Am just getting ready to start mine, hope they do as well as yours! Great pictures: think I have to start using new digital camera after seeing those.
