I have always used HTML, but I see that it is turned off. How are you all able to show pictures???

Do you have TV commercials in your country? They come in handy for movie breaks or for a refrigerator attack!

Yes we have commercials on some television channels here but thankfully not all!!!  Must admit though they're handy when you want to make a cuppa or pay a quick trip to the loo.

Yes we have commercials, too many sometimes. It varies a lot from channel to channel. The British stations run by the BBC do not have traditional adverts, just little snippets of upcoming programmes. This is because they are funded by TV license money.
I agree with Eileen though, ads are a godsend when you need a refreshing cuppa or have to answer the "call of nature"

We get a kick out of the word "loo". We say restroom or bathroom, and the snooty bunch says "water closet".
