some trouble

why am i not able to post pics? there is an error on page message everytime i start a blog. someone help!

the moment i open the write a blog page, it says ' done, but with errors on page'. when uploading it gives the message, uploading..........pls wait etc. for a long time, it doesn't upload at all.
but at the garden pages it uploads. again when i tried from the garden, it does the same. no photo is uploaded.
