today's findings!

Category: nature's marvels | Posted: Sat Nov 07, 2009 7:58 am

see what i found today. first something i love.

morning glory ( photo / image / picture from greenfairy's Garden )

one of my favorites ( photo / image / picture from greenfairy's Garden )

brunfelsia pansiflora ( photo / image / picture from greenfairy's Garden )

first flowers of bogainvillae ( photo / image / picture from greenfairy's Garden )

now, i love butterflies, no questions. but i don't like them laying their eggs on the leaves of my plants. because in a few days, their monsters of caterpillars eat up all the leaves. see what this one has done to my alocasia.

poor thing! ( photo / image / picture from greenfairy's Garden )

he has opened the eyes! ( photo / image / picture from greenfairy's Garden )

baby chamilion ( photo / image / picture from greenfairy's Garden )

this fellow has been on this tree for a few weeks now. very camera shy.
and the moth - i didn't know they have a web like nest to sleep in.

ok, sometime soon, will come back with some more findings.

Your poor alocasia!! I hope it can recover after being munched on so much.

You have some lovely blooms in your garden and I think the shot of the baby chamelion is great.
