Dooley,

Are you getting the late winter snow???

The weather has been so strange this year. We have been going from the 40's to the 80's all winter long here in west Texas. Rolling Eyes

We have about 4 inches and it's still coming down. You will hear about it for weeks. I grumble about it all the time. Dooley

It's still snowing. But, it's warmed enough that the streets are wet. The main streets are wet. Our dirt street is slushy but still has snow. We went out to the post office. We did okay on the main streets, but the truck didn't want to leave the driveway. I don't blame it one bit. Dooley

It seems to be going in a circular motion from what I could see on the weather on tv. It is supposed to intensify tonight. It doesn't seem to have accumulated much during the day though it has snowed all day. I cannot predict where it will go when it leaves here. They are saying that Flagstaff will get 25 inches. That is about 75 miles north of us. Dooley

It has been snowing most of the day with periods of rain intermixed. But as it gets colder again it will be mostly snow. There are severe weather warnings going across the bottom of the tv screen. Brian just turned on the news. The snow level is down to two thousand feet now. For our level it's now 8 to 10 inches by tomorrow morning. I think I will stay in bed tomorrow. We aren't having the blowing wind that they are saying will come. I hope that stays in the higher elevations. Dooley
