It's funny, I call them mine, but that's only because I get them back every year. Who knows if they are the same ones, probably not, but you never know.

There's 2 here in the tree. I actually saw 3 of them today, but they weren't together at the same time for a pics so I had to settle for the 2.

This one is the woodpecker (I think it's a hairy (sp?) and the oriole, both wanted the suet...

And this one, I guess we see who got it. Look closely though, the oriole is waiting it out on the thistle feeder...

And lastly, one more shot up in the tree.

I just bought another hummingbird feeder today. They should be around very soon. We'll see if I can be quick enough to get any pics of them.

They're back here too, for the last two weeks. I stocked up on oranges and jelly. I saw my first hummingbird here today, and that's really late for them. We had a very cool spring, so they must have decided to wait a bit. Love your pictures.

Great picts. I've also just started seeing orioles out here in Mich. I've also seen acouple of blue birds hanging around. Rarely see them. I'll have ti remember the oranges and jelly for those orioles.

They are beautiful! I've never seen one here.
I am patiently awaiting the return of my Hummers too. They usually appear when my Lilac's start to bloom - about May 24th.

Wonderful photos and the birds are so pretty. My hummers are here but I am not fast enough to get a good picture. My feeder it close to the tree as that the only limb that will hold it up.

Lovely birds, and the one with the woodpecker and oriole is a wonderful shot. Well done! I hope you've made out a training schedule on how to make them less shy. Laughing I'd love some close-ups of those.

This past sunday 3 male orioles came by my feeders, then sunday evening the hummers showed up. Good thing the orioles gave me the idea to get the hummer feeders up!
Those are great pictures!
I think tho that may be a downy woodpecker from the size of its bill. Kind of hard to tell without being real close up 'cause theyre so similar.
heres a comparison page

I don't think Orioles ever make it this far south. They are nice to look at, but they don't have much luck at baseball.

Wrennie, I wish I could get a closer pics. but my camera is just a little pocket one and the zoom is not that good on it. We have both woodpeckers here but unless they are feeding at the same time I can't usually tell the difference.
