of some distress. Some of my little sunflower leaves have holes in them. What are these and what can I do to make sure they are OK?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds as though you have some kind of pest munching on them Tina. Try spraying them with a dilute solution of soapy water and see if it helps. Also look out for any slugs or snails as they could be the problem.

Or beetles. We've got several kinds of beetles that chew holes in leaves.

Ah!! It does make sense. Today I am going to do the soap and water spray as soon as I get home.
Thanks so much.
