I have some pictures of some flowers and other things that I took while taking yard pictures. Here are just a few.
These pink flowers have the same leaves as those purple ones I posted the other day. The flowers have double petals though.

This is the rose trellis from a different angle. It has more roses now.
These are hollyhocks growing in front of the house. I hope they don't get really tall or we won't be able to see out the window. They are growing in front of the bleeding heart plants.
These are the annuals I potted up the other day. They are setting by the neighbors fence so he can water them while we are gone to Glenda's.
This last picture dr insisted on taking. That's my rosemary. The rusty storage shed is the one in the little back yard. I've been working most of the afternoon in the yard and am about to head to the shower.

Oh thank you Dooley for all of the super pictures.They are just wonderful blooms.Love your picture.You are much cleaner than I was when I came in yesterday and today.

Nice variety of plants dooley!! I like that first pic alot, is that a wild flower or one that you have planted.
And to think here i was all proud of my one little twig of rosemary,, and yours!!!! omg! that is awesome....lol.

Everything looks very good to me.  Those potted annuals really show up, sitting all together like that. I don't think I'd miss the view if I had blooming hollyhocks outside my window, though. As for dirt, I'm usually dark brown all over after a day in the garden.

Your rose arch is beautiful Doolet and all your planters are looking very colourful. Your rosemary is massive compared to mine!!!!

Very pretty plants....I am waiting for it to warm up so things really start popping here. Had frost again last night but we are suppose to make the 60's...

About that rosemary. dr says he thinks we picked the one place on earth where rosemary grows like wildfire. I keep cutting it back as it tries to take over the whole little back yard. I tried growing it in another place in the side yard and it died. Go figure! Chance loves rubbing against it so I only use it from the top. I've tried to root cuttings from it and they didn't do too well either. It grows and grows and gets watered only when it rains. It's blooming right now. Rosemary likes it warm. My son, Tom, had to grow his in pots and take them inside when he lived in New York but grows it outside in California. I do love rosemary. Wannabe's name is Rosemary. dooley

The pink & blue/purple stalks of blooms remind me of larkspur, but the foliage looks a bit different. Could it be a variety of larkspur?

Someone told me they were larkspur but I've not seen larkspur that I know about. I have it growing just everywhere now and am not sure why. I may have planted a mix of seeds last year when I wasn't feeling at all well and forgotten what or why. There are several other plants coming up now so that's probably what I did. They are pretty and supposedly reseed so they will come back each year. That's surely a plus in my book. There are the purple ones, the double pink ones and now I see some cream colored ones coming on one plant. See what happens when you try to garden when you should just hide in a closet. dooley

Nice to see a gardener in the garden and I notice the slightest bit-o-dirt on the shirt. Love the hat. I saw your bleeding heart in the pot. I have always wanted one but knew it could not make it in my garden but it may in a pot. Thanks for the pics and inspiration. Do you enjoy the after gardening shower? Oh yeah, your rosemary is huge!
