Tina I think that is a Kalanchoe. If it is, they come in several colors, sometimes double blossoms. I like them very much

The Kalanchoe has so many differet 'common' names depending on which country you live in:
Air plant, clapper bush, curtain plant, dipartenga, floppers, folha-da-costa, green love, hoja de aire, life leaf, live forever, mexican loveplant, miracle leaf, motta patti, potagoja, sayao, siempre viva to name just a few!!!
Here in Scotland we call it Flaming Katie.

Those are pretty in red. Someone just gave me a double pink Kalanchoe. Now I just have to figure out how to make it bloom again!

They're nice plants. We call them "fire top" because there were only red ones to start with.

I have several colors of the single flowered. I still need orange, then I will work on obtaining the doubles. They bloom around April. They will flower for several weeks. Keep them bushy to get the most blooms.
I repot them in the fall if they need it. One of the easiest plants to propagate. Any piece that comes in contact with soil becomes a new plant
