This is a picture of my home and yard in 2004.Sure not much happening here.

This at a distance as to much in the way of the camera. I have a deck now.
This is before my garden had grown much this year.

Just a little closer.

Walking out my front door this is to the right side of the deck.

Same side up closer.

Now on the left side of my deck.

I was surprised to see the difference.

You have sure done a lot of gardening in these 4 years. Everything looks so good.

The change is usually so gradual that you don't notice it until you find a picture of the before....then you wonder "how on earth did I do all of that??"

I totally agree with toni, and your place looks lovely! I wonder if we've got any photos of the grounds before we started planting them up? I don't think so, since it was all lawn and house and nothing noteworthy.

Glenda your garden is a real credit to all the hard work you've put into it. It certainly did't have much going for it in the first photogrph but oh what a difference four years have made. It's great to see how it has developed into something to be realy proud of. Congratulations on having made a garden out of - well nothing!!! Stew Face 1

What an inspirational set of fotos, Glenda. You have just done such a good job on your yard and house (deck). You have worked and made something very beautiful and interesting. Every time I can see fotos like these to see what a person has done from a 'clean slate' start, I really admire the person and their will to cause a change.
Hats off to you...just keep on going and by all means, for showing the great pics that you post.
Well done, you!

Very nice job Glendann. Are they ever really just what we want? Mine keeps changing every year. I move stuff and get new stuff and sometimes loose stuff. All that matters is that you have put in a lot of work and it looks GREAT! And you need to be having fun with it. Love the before and after pics. Now I've got to go find mine. Thanks for sharing.
