I just picked up my plant encyclopedia and found a few more that look similar:
"Remember Me"
"Sheila's Perfume"
"Tequila Sunrise"
"Troika"
They all look so similar, I'm not sure if this post is helpful or not!

Thanks for the replies - the flower itself is not very fragrant compared to the other two roses in the flower bed (I will post pics once they open up) but this rose bush and the flowers seem very hearty. Whoever laid out the garden did a good job as the roses compliment the azaleas and cherry tree in the front yard very well.

It seem to be to dark in colors for Joseph Coats.It could be but Sharon and toni will be along and probably
will be able to name it.Its is a gorgeous rose.
