I am looking at having to repair/seal cracks in our concrete patio/walkways.
We don't have the funds at this time to just have the concrete removed and repoured, but we have water seapage into the basement from the cracks.
I will need to remove all the old "sealant" and pour sand in to fill up the cracks. Then I plan on purchasing concrete crack sealer (boy this stuff is spendy Shocked ) to fill in the rest of the way. I am trying to wait until we have a few sunny days together, so it will have time to dry properly.
Now all of this is basically theory, as I have never taken on a project like this.
Does anyone have any advice or experience with this type of situation?

Talk to someone at Home Depot or Lowes if you have one, or any home improvement store in your area. They usually have people who do this work and can give you advice for a DIY. Good luck!
