I thought I'd post a few of the things that are flowering in my garden at the momen. Hope you like them.
Orange pansies
Quince flowers
Thrift
White azalea & pieris
Star of Bethlehem.
Bleeding heart
Peony
Euphorbia
A few of my tulips
Lastly pink hyacinth

I can almost smell that hyacinth  I have the Star of Bethlehem and didn't know what they were called. You see how educational the stew is

Wow I didn't realize there were so many different looking tulips. I love the first red one with the roughed up edges. Bleeding hearts have always been on of my favorites. The Hyacinths are really beautiful as well. What great photos!

Looks as though you must have some nice weather going on. Its nice to see all the pretty colors going on. One of your flowers has me thinking...The 3rd one, would that be the same as chives?? They just seem like they look about the same.

They're all lovely, and I can tell from your peony that you're a couple of weeks ahead of me. Which Pieris have you got, is it "Forest Flame"?

My goodness, Eileen...things are really brightening-up over there. I really like your collection of flowers. The fotos are so good that they look like I could touch them.
There are some dazzling tulips you've got there.
That peony really does grab one's attention.
I'm pretty thrilled that you posted these. I can't wait to see some overviews to see how they look like that.

Wow!! Wonderful flowers. All the different color of tulips i bet is amazing to see. What you call thrift i have been calling chives or grassløk. Now i have to go back out there are check,,lol.
I clicked on your link was that for the thrift or something else. It wasn't for thrift/chives.
Can you eat them,,lol.

Do you mean thrift or grassløk? I have grassløk behind the house, and all along the sea down by the marsh there is something that looks like chives. I've never paid any attention to them since i have chives at home. I know we have wild onions also down by the field. lol, now those i do pay attention to.

The link was for the Star of Bethlehem Biita.
Thrift grows here too by the sea but I'm sorry to say that I don't think you can eat it. I grow it here because it attracts lots of butterflies and bees. It's also known as Sea Pink, Cliff Clover, Ladies' Cushions. Another of its names, Heugh Daisy, comes from the Scottish "heugh" meaning cliff.

Say Eileen...What are those little flowers growing at the base of the yellow tulips on pic #4 (from the bottom)?
Is there such a word as meugh in Scottish as well?--just curious, cos we have a saying.
