Well we've had the favourites but now it's time for your most hated, the lowest of the low, the flower or plant you would love to nuke off the face of the earth!
I'll say bindweed, it gets everywhere and will grow from absolutely nothing!

In one word.....Dandylions!!!!!
My neighbours seem to go in for growing these weeds that seed themselves into my garden.

I had to stop digging up the dandelions when my youngest grandson came out in the yard on Friday....he loves them and thinks they are beautiful. I will finish digging them up after the rain stops.
I would have to vote for three.....Johnsongrass, crabgrass and poison ivy.

I vote for horehound. I spent hours and days digging it out last spring. There are still plenty left to do. It grows quickly and it has what seems like millions of little sticky seeds that attack everything in sight. I have a sweater that I will never be able to wear again because of those millions of sticky seeds. Dooley

Mine isnt a weed. Its the Eyeball plant! Creepy! I had seeds but gave them away. The plant grows flowers that look like eyeballs.

Hey Denee,
I just looked that one up, never heard of it before. If by any chance you find yourself stuck with more seeds would you send them my way? If someone in New Jersey can get it to grow (according to the info I found on Davesgarden.com) it should grow in north Texas too.

Being a gardener there are not really any plants I dont like Usually if a customer has a problem plant (weed ) its my job to get rid of it . Its how I make my living . However if I had to name a plant , well those roses that seem to come halfway round the world that are picture perfect , have no perfume , and die within a day or two of buying woulld be number one on the list.
Get yourself a good old Ena Harkness rose , dont worry about greenfly , blackspot just enjoy the perfume take over your garden Bugs

I agree with you there Bugs. About time we stopped breeding all these new fangled flowers and kept the ones with scent. I miss them in my garden. Roses were meant to smell good!!!

The girl I gave the seeds to, lived just down the street. I think she is growing just one and I had a whole baggie of those seeds. I got them in a trade as an "extra". <shudders> No thanks! Ill see if she minds me taking them back and sending them out to you all. I dont think she will cuz like I said, she was just planting one seed.
