Hello everyone. Well... a pest problem going on for two years now. I have lots of house plants... I keep them in pots... and in wintertime in the apartment and in summertime on the balcony.

About 4-5 plants among which two plumerias and other plants i don't know the names of - started again having very tiny insects (i heard they are some sort of spiders) but really very tiny, like white-yellow dots on the leaves. But at close look I saw them moving around.

I found them both on both sides of the leaves and they have some sort of fine web... like white strings that spiders have - on top part of the plants.

It may be what is called a spider mite and going here could answer that question www.davesgarden.com then click guides and information section then pick bug files and check the spider and mite section.

You can spray your plants with a diluted soap and water spray and it will keep the mites away.
