I saw this moth on my house the other day. It was hanging upside down from bottom edge of the siding. It looked like it was making a kind of nest / cacoon?? When I got too near it, it squirted out a yellowish fluid from the abdomen. I was just hoping that someone could identify this for me. I live in central Massachusetts and have never seen one like this. Thank you for your time.
