I've started in a small way, collecting my plants seeds. So far I have:
Single rose Hollyhock
Stella D'Oro Daylily
Orange and Gold Gaillardia
Soon will have rose seeds from Knockout Rose as well.
I can now add seeds from:
Hibiscus, dinner plate, rose
Daylilies, lavender, pale yellow and lavender
Peppermint Zinnias
Sunflower Claret

I started collecting too. How do you collect daylily seeds? I don't remember seeing seed pods.

The pods form after the blooms fall off. When they turn brown the seeds are ready. There may be species that don't form pods, such as orientals. Good luck with yours.
