I am from south africa 100 km north of Cape Town. This region is in a very dry period where dams that supply water to the area are dried up. Our garden theme and hobby is succulents, mostly aloes. We grow at least 80 different aloes and have seeds for more than 40 different aloes. However even though these plants are drought resistant they are still suffering. Feeling a bit down about the garden at the moment.

WELCOME!!!!

Nice to see a 'new face' on the forums Aloes. I hope your garden can get the irrigation it needs soon. I'm afraid that's not a problem for me here in Scotland - quite the reverse in fact. Pity I can't send you some of our rain. Wink Wink

Hope you enjoy your stay here and I'm looking forward to your future posts.
