Seriously. lol. After the disaster of the sheep, (my blog) Kolbjørn and I are going to take off for a few days camping. We leave tomorrow after he gets off of work, and won't be back until Thursday, or Wednesday night. Late. I hope.

Were headed for a place here in Lofoten called Kvalvika, meaning Whale Bay. Its on the west side of the islands and after that the next stop is either Greenland or America. Okay Iceland if you want a little detour. But most importantly its the place of his family history, that dates back to 1620, after that there is no records of any kind. The little house is just barely visiable now, but you can still see the foundation. Were camping there or near it. We don't have to worry about food, we foragers and were on the ocean so theres always fish. But ofcourse i will take some already mixed flour for pannekake, or very thin pancakes and also for use with the fish. take a little sugar, and were good to go,,, all we need is water. Fish cooked right in the sea water is the best fish you will ever eat, unless ofcourse you fry it fresh right out of the ocean,,,

So heres where we are headed, and ofcourse there will be pics of my own to share. I need to get away and relax. This is the place to do it...

We will be down by the white sands, and the only way to get there is to hike over the mountains. Balder loves this trip. In the box next to the pics click the big arrows to see the other pic, and you can also click on the pics themselves to make them larger...

See ya on Thursday!!!! (I will be around tomorrow morning, tho,,lol)

That sounds like a beautiful and relaxing way to clear your head after the sheep incident. Along with pictures of the scenery, take some of the meals you all have from you foraging I think that would be really interesting.

Have a safe and fun time.
