Okay, pictures!
First the tree
Now the pie
and then the jam
That's five half pints and 2 full pints. That's just today's batch. I'll make a batch a day until I have enough. How much is enough? Whatever I have apricots and sugar and jars to do. I generally give most of it away so I use whatever jars I have but we did buy three dozen jars this year. I always tell people that I would like the jars back, too. dooley

Drool! That pie looks so yummy I wish you lived nearer. Then I could bring you some blueberry jam and take home a jar of apricots.

I've been thinking of making some blueberry jam. Costco has blueberries on sale right now. I'd trade with you. dooley

I've got some fresh cream Dooley that would go soooo well with that delicious looking pie. What a pity you live so far away!! You've certainly been busy with those apricots.

Oh yum! Oh for goodness sake. How jealous am I of your glorious bounty. Such a hardship having such stunning fruit to play with. I have some lovely home made vanilla ice cream in the freezer that would go super with the pie if it were warm, and in fact, a dollop of jam on the ice cream would be delish! I'm on my way!!!!!!!

How much is enough? Enough jam. I'll make jam until I have enough. When I've used all the apricots in jam and pie, I'll have enough. dooley

"Drool!" Count me in on the feast. Everything looks so great. Server me up a piece of pie and then I'll have some toast with jam please! Nice job!

We had a piece of the pie for supper and it was really good. We skipped the ice cream since I only had chocolate. Even triple chocolate ice cream doesn't go well with apricot pie. I'd send everyone a piece but in this heat it wouldn't survive the trip. Sorry! dooley
