I'm not sure what part of Texas you live in but the way I get mushrooms is from Monterey Mushroom near me.
When growing mushrooms they send out thousands of spores when they open and as they do you inhale them.If you are not careful they can cause lung problems.My son drove a fork lift twice for them and has had to leave as he had pneumonia so many times the Dr told his he had to leave or die.I woeked there 9 yrs but was outside in security.
