glendan, you prolly won't believe this Shocked but i don't like raw tomatoes only cooked in something. But the wifey says that they have a slight salty earthy taste if that helps Confused .

Yes i grow maters for my wife mainly!

Those tomatoes look good! I think the description made a bit of sense, but I'd like a taste for myself. Laughing Who wouldn't! Congratulations on your first harvest.

I LOVE raw tomatoes...with salt and pepper, in tomato salads, sandwiches and right off the vine! I think I would like to try those black plums!

Those black tomatoes are yummy. I grew them a few years ago and the wife loved to add them to her spaghetti sauce.

Has everyone got their drool rags ready, if not ya might want to get one. Here is a pick of a Brandywine cross that a friend wanted me to help grow-out. Well he grew the potato leaf ones and i grew the regular leaf ones for him and ended up with this.

There's a little more work with these but it looks like we may have a productive pink brandywine r/l in the future.

I wonder if I would manage to eat it. That tomato looks like some enamel art work.
