Hello everyone,
this time it's not for me, but for a lady-friend and she lives in the UK. she has a shrub and a pic of it, and she would really love to have it IDed.

Anyone can figure it out jost from this pic???

i don't know any details. just that the young stems are hollow. and the leaves are "rough to the touch"...

well... i really hope the close up flower pic will help.
