The liatris is finally in bloom and...
...the bees are lovin' it.
The monarda is almost done blooming and I'm sad because I've counted as many as 5 hummies on it at a time. But the white dragonflower (physostegia) is at its prime.
An accidental picture of a pretty little green bee.
And a pretty little butterfly came to visit my lilies. Sadly, the lilies are almost done too, except the stargazers which haven't started yet.

Simply beautiful blooms and healthy plants. I really miss the late spring/early summer bloomers, all mine are gone so I will thoroughly enjoy yours.

Your flowers are very pretty. The liatris is one added to my want list. Do you get any seeds from it? Thanks for the nice colors.

Your garden is very pretty. I had Liatris and I only got two blooms. I have fed it and watered...does anyone have any suggestions as how to keep it going?

Very lovely garden. I checked and the physostegia will grow in zone 9 so I will give it a try.
