Please can you let me know which software is best used for Interior Designers?

I am a student and just going to finish my course and wanted to know a software to create a good portfolio.

I want a software where I can design the interiors as per my design. So if you could please let me know which one to use? I have 3D Studio Max and Vectorworks. Which of these two are more useful?

Please advise
